What this site is and is not
This site describes my services, how I work, and the South Florida communities I serve. It's general information, written to help you understand your options.
It is not legal, tax, lending or investment advice. Every purchase and sale is shaped by its own contract, finances and circumstances, so please talk to the right professional, such as an attorney, an accountant or a lender, before relying on anything here for a decision.
Reading this site, sending a message or using the chat does not make me your agent. A client relationship begins when we sign a written agreement, such as a listing agreement or a buyer broker agreement.
The chat assistant on this site, when available, is an automated tool that answers from the information on these pages. It is not me, it can make mistakes, and its answers are not advice. For anything that matters to your decision, ask me directly.

Property details on this site come from the MLS, from my own listings, or from other sources I believe to be reliable, but they are not guaranteed.
