What NanciGilbertPA.com collects when you fill in a form, who receives it, how it's used, and how to see, correct or remove your information at any time.
What this site collects
This page explains what NanciGilbertPA.com collects, why, and the choices you have over it. It's written in plain language on purpose. Last updated: October 23, 2026.
This site only collects information you choose to give it. When you fill in a form, such as the contact form or a request for a guide, I receive your first name, last name and email address, your phone number if you give one, your message if you write one, and your answers to any extra questions that form asks.
Two forms of consent are recorded with your information when you give them. If you tick the box agreeing to text messages, the exact wording you agreed to is saved along with the date and time. If you tick the box asking for my email newsletter, that is saved the same way. Both boxes start empty, and neither is required to send a message.
The site also records which page you arrived on and, if you came from an ad or a link with a campaign label, that label. That tells me which of my marketing is working. It describes the ad, not you, and it is never used to identify you.
Who receives it
A small number of services handle your information on my behalf, only to run this site and follow up with you:
- GoHighLevel, the system where I keep my contacts and follow-up. When you submit a form, your details go there so I can reply to you.
- Vercel, the company that hosts this website. Your form passes through its servers on the way to me.
- Anthropic, which powers the chat assistant on this site when it is available. If you type into the chat, your messages are processed by Anthropic to produce the answers.
- Lofty, which runs the home search on this site and on NanciRealtor.com. If you register, save a search or ask about a home there, your details go to Lofty so I can follow up with you.
- Google Maps, which provides the maps on this site. When a page with a map loads, Google receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Google handles that information under Google's own privacy policy.
I am licensed through LPT Realty, LLC. If we work together on a transaction, some of your information will also be handled by my brokerage, and by others involved in the transaction, such as a lender or title company. What LPT Realty does with information it handles is covered by LPT Realty's own privacy policy.
I do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How it is used
Your information is used to answer your question, to follow up about the home you're buying or selling, and to work with you on a transaction if we go ahead together.
Filling in a form gets you a reply. It does not sign you up for marketing. My email newsletter goes only to people who tick the box asking for it, and every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe.
I keep contact information for as long as I need it for my business and as the law allows. If you'd like yours removed, ask me and I'll remove it.
Calls and text messages
If you give me your phone number, I may call you about your request. Text messages come from Nanci Gilbert, PA, from my own phone number, and I only send them to numbers whose owner has ticked the box agreeing to them. If you give a number without ticking that box, it is not added to the system I text from.
Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. You can also call or email me and ask to stop.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to remove it. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any issue, and stop text messages by replying STOP. Requests are handled by me directly.
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
